- Unfortunately, we can’t cover shipping cost for returned products sold and shipped as described on our website. Customers cover shipping costs and once we receive the product, a full refund will be issued within 14 days. In the circumstance that your product arrived defective or not as described, we will gladly cover shipping costs and issue a full refund or exchange for a new product.
